Overview

Trekking to the lost lakes is one of the interesting programs. 2 days of a road trip and 5 days of trekking will take you to the remarkable places in Kyrgyzstan mixed with beautiful panoramic views, picnic on the top of ranges, camping at the altitude of 2600m, and crossing the passes 3150m. Exotics, unique culture, welcoming people, and a pleasant atmosphere, that’s what awaits you during your adventurous trip, you will see rich heritage from nomads of a small country. The program ” Trekking to the lost lake” is intended for active tour lovers and for the people with high physical preparation. ” Trekking to the lost lakes” is possible from the end of May till mid-September. Itinerary:

Day 1: Bishkek – Toktogul Early morning, we drive to Toktogul. 280km takes 5h of the transfer. Lunch on the way. We walk in the valley of the Ak Kol. Back to the car. Drive to Toktogul. Overnight and dinner in the guest house.

Day 2: Trekking to Salpata 2200m above sea level

Early morning, we have a transfer for 30min. Start of the trekking. Arrival on the top at 2200m. Beautiful view of the Toktogul lake and area. Down to road. In the afternoon, we arrive at the guest house. Free time. In the evening, we go by the lake to see the sunset. Overnight and dinner in the guest house. 5/6h of trekking.

Day 3: Trekking to Karasuu lake

In the morning, we drive to Taktalik village. Start of trekking. Picnic on the top of Taktalik range. Down to Karasuu lake. Overnight and dinner in the tent. 6/7h.

Day 4: Trekking Kapka lake

Along the Karasuu lake, we hike to the 2nd lake of the valley. Picnic on the way. The forest landscape during the day. Overnight and dinner in the tent. 6/7h.

Day 5: Trekking to Turuk pass 3284m

Along the Kapka river, we attack the pass. Arrival in the valley of Tar Turuk. Overnight and dinner in the tent camping by the 2600m. 6/7h.

Day 6: Trekking to Ozgorush village

Last day of trekking to the charming village of Ozgorush. Here, we meet in our car. Drive to Toktogul. Overnight and dinner in the guest house. 5h of trekking. 1h of the transfer.

Day 7: Transfer to Bishkek

After breakfast, we drive to Bishkek. Through Alabel pass at 3150m, beautiful Suusamyr valley and Too Ashuu tunnel, we reach the Kyrgyz capital. After crossing the tunnel of Too Ashuu, we walk to the mountain lake. Picnic, then back to the car. Transfer to Bishkek. Dinner in the restaurant. Overnight in the guest house.
